Delete your Swylo account
You can delete your Swylo account and its data at any time, in the app or by asking us.
In the app
- Shoppers: open Profile, then Delete account & all data.
- Brands: open your brand profile, then Delete brand account.
Confirm, and it happens straight away.
Without the app
Email swylo.shop@gmail.com from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We’ll do it within 7 days and reply to confirm.
What is deleted
- Your account: name, email, password and the Google or Apple sign-in linked to it.
- Your first-year plan record.
- Everything you published: your brand or seller profile, catalogue, listings, their photos and their shopper statistics.
- On your phone (when you delete in the app): your wardrobe, photos, style profile and fits.
What is kept
Nothing linked to your account. Try-on usage counts use a random id for the phone, not your name or email.
